I was born and raised in Rock Hill, attended Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC, and graduated from medical school at the College of Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. After “retiring” from my years of medical practice, I began teaching in early 2012, working as the Program Director for the Medical Assisting Program at King's College in Charlotte NC and then spending 3 years at Northwestern High School teaching anatomy and biology before landing at the Applied Technology Center in 2022. With 3 adult children who live in Charlotte, NC, I commute from there daily.
</fs_content> </fs_column></fs_layout><fs_layout type="2 Column Layout" title="About Teacher" show_title="false"> <fs_column> <fs_content>
Phone: 803-981-1100

Qualifications: Coastal Carolina University Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration Greenville Technical College Associate degree in Radiology
</fs_content> </fs_column> <fs_column> <fs_content>
Mrs. Carmen Myrick

My name is Carmen Myrick, and I am excited to be teaching Health Science at the Rock Hill School District Applied Technology Center. Teaching our young people about healthcare is something I have wanted to do for a while, and I am so happy to be doing just that. The 2023-2024 school year will be my second year in the classroom, but I have been in the Healthcare Industry for over 20 years. I graduated from Greenville Technical College in 2003 with an associate degree in Radiology. I also have a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration from Coastal Carolina University. Along with working as a Radiologic Technologist, I have also worked as an office manager in a dentist's office, as well as working in the Home Health industry. <span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}">

I am from Blacksburg, SC, but currently live in Clover with my husband and four children. When I am not teaching, I enjoy vacationing on the coast, going to Clemson football games, and watching my older children perform in band competitions and rugby tournaments. <span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}">
</fs_content> </fs_column></fs_layout><fs_layout type="2 Column Layout" title="About Teacher" show_title="false"> <fs_column> <fs_content>
Phone: 803-981-1100

Qualifications: Associate's degree in Radiology
</fs_content> </fs_column> <fs_column> <fs_content>
Mrs. Donna Tinkler

My name is Donna Tinkler and I am going into my tenth year at Applied Technology Center. I have taught Health Science1,2, and 3 as well as medical terminology, but have taught health science 3 for the past seven years and absolutely love it! I implement creative and hands on ways to make anatomy “fun”. I graduated from York Technical College in 2002 with an Associate's degree in Radiology, and have been in the healthcare industry for over 20 years. Healthcare is something I love and am extremely passionate about, and I want to share this with our upcoming healthcare providers to ignite that passion in them as well.

I currently live in Rock Hill, SC and have 2 adult children and 2 beautiful grand daughters. I enjoy watching football games (Go Gamecocks!), working out and hanging out with friends.
</fs_content> </fs_column></fs_layout><fs_layout type="2 Column Layout" title="About Teacher" show_title="false"> <fs_column> <fs_content>
Phone: 803-981-1100
</fs_content> </fs_column> <fs_column> <fs_content>
Dr. Dynisha Woodley

Email Me
</fs_content> </fs_column></fs_layout>
